Projekteria [Art Gallery] is very pleased to present the results of a five months project promoted by the foundations Photographic Social Vision and Vicky Bernadet. Both have joined efforts to promote a participatory photography workshop for people who suffered sexual abuse in their childhood and are in a therapeutic process within the Vicki Bernadet Foundation. In their recovery,  photography has served as a tool for expression and creative potential to explain their story. Opening will be on July 6th at 7 pm. With the collaboration of Obra Social “la Caixa”
and the complicity of Fujifilm X World.

“Sexual abuse in childhood has not diminished over time; the difference is nowadays people talk more about it than ever . 1 out of 5 children suffers some type of sexual abuse before the age of 17.  Facing this reality, the Education Area of ​​Photographic Social Vision Foundation launched a participatory photography project for people in the therapeutic process within the Vicki Bernadet foundation. This exhibition is the result of this workshop.
